What would you say in a room full of brand marketing execs?

I said – “Why the Hell Not?”

Oh, today was fun! Representing Instagram at @voxburner Youth Marketing Strategy NY for a second year, but this time I brought along some friends and took the stage for a convo on Gen Z, engaging w brands on Instagram, and putting your authentic self online 🎉 so much thanks to @classymalick @lani.p @hailethomas for agreeing to go on this crazy adventure with me almost a year ago and speak your truth in front of Disney Music, Tinder, Planned Parenthood and other marketing execs and strategists. Thank you also to @voxburner and IG for the support of this panel – putting teens front and center is always the right idea, and there’s SO much love in my DMs I can’t wait to reciprocate from today. feeing full! 💝✨ #YMS19

I represented Instagram at Youth Marketing Strategy NY for a second year but instead of merely attending, I brought along some on-platform friends and took the stage for a convo on GenZ, engaging w/ brands on Instagram, and expressing your authentic self online 🎉

I also served as an Expert Contributor to their Youth Trends Report 2019 and added my two cents to activism, interests and iOS trends.

So much thanks to @classymalick @lani.p @hailethomas for agreeing to go on this crazy adventure with me almost a year ago and speak your truth in front of The Walt Disney Company, Tinder, Planned Parenthood of New York City, Inc. and other global brand strategists.

Thank you also to Voxburner and IG for the support of this panel – the inner kid in me is still working to ensure young people feel seen and heard, and I’m able to do that through you 💝✨
