The Cannes International Festival of Creativity is an extraordinary platform that brings together talents from around the globe to celebrate the magic of cinema, creativity (especially in media/advertising), and the arts. As an actress and Reels Creator, I had the privilege of attending this prestigious event and brought the glitz and glamour that was owed! To immortalize this momentous occasion, I had the pleasure of collaborating with the incredibly talented French photographer, Florian Bonin. His keen eye for capturing my raw happy/ridiculous emotions is impeccable.
From the moment I was introduced to Florian through LinkedIn and reviewed his port (from a moving car in Antibes, most likely) I knew that I’d be LUCKY to get him same-week. His genuine enthusiasm for his craft was felt even through the stand/wind storm that sprung up on the beach, and his dedication to getting THE SHOT is inspiring. I leaned in with so much Stranger Trust, and got timeless portraits back.

Can we talk about the lighting? The framing?!
What further sets Florian apart is his unique knack for capturing candid moments. He had a remarkable ability to capture the fleeting expressions, the subtle gestures, and the genuine interactions I had with my friends and followers. I love that I can relive these moments through photos. He understood the importance of this occasion to me as an actress, and he went above and beyond to ensure that each image embodied the essence of my international appearance at Cannes.
It was a rough week, and in a much needed moment of kindness he arrived and DELIVERED.
I am forever grateful for his artistry and the lifelong memories he has provided me through his lens. I want my kids to see these!
